ResoluteM;nds is here to help You.

We have 4 main services that we offer that we believe will help educate, motivate and spread awareness around the topics of Mental Health, Addiction and Trauma.

We have created an online Community Forum that will provide physical and mental fitness support 24/7, here at ResoluteM;nds we believe that every voice deserves to be heard and no one should battle alone so we have created this forum to provide tools, education and support for those that are in need. For this service you have to be 18+.

Another service we offer is workshops we will have online workshops available for anyone to join, these will be online and available throughout the week, if you go to the workshop section you will be able to find out more, these are for people that want to get involved and have more interaction on certain topics there will be a max capacity of 30 people per workshop.

You would need to be 18+ to sign yourself on however if you are an organisation and would like to sign your group on from the ages of 14 up you can email Rory at rory@resoluteminds.co.uk to make this inquiry.

Organisations can also make an inquiry for Rory to come out and hold a workshop with your group personally; these can be any age range as long as the staff are there for supervision. Please email rory@resoluteminds.co.uk to make an inquiry.

Another service we offer is 1-1 support, we have some amazing affiliates that are highly qualified therapists and counsellors, to help support these. If you think you would rather deal with one of our specialists you can book by making an inquiry to rory@resoluteminds.co.uk.

Rory himself also offers 1-1 mentoring and physical fitness training, with a Level 3 PT qualification Rory wants to really focus on people with these issues and help them start their fitness journey.

Another service we offer is Public Speaking, Rory believes that his story brings motivation education and hope that no matter what position you are in now change is possible and his story reflects this. This service would be for organisations that are holding events and think the attendees would benefit from hearing Rory’s story through hardship and coming out the other side.
