In August 2024 | bought my 12 year old son a block of sessions with Rory, to build his confidence and increase his fitness, as an avid gamer with ADHD it's often quite difficult to get him away from the screen due to hyperfocus while playing.
This was not an issue while he was working with Rory, in fact it was quite the opposite he really looked forward to going and often asked if Rory was available to do extra sessions. Rory's approach and energy around Sonny was inspiring to watch, Sonny really lit up while. Thank you so much Rory and I'll look forward to seeing you in 2025.

I started with Rory at the start of January as I was starting to feel miserable with how I looked. (My Partner is in Rory’s training programme, and I could see his progress and how happy he was, I knew I needed to do something about it).Rory’s great craic and is defo a good support network for me and my boyfriend💪🏼he could even be a relationship councillor 😆
Best thing is he can push you to your limits (feels shit at the time but when it’s finished you feel great lol) and always there to tell you know when you’re craving a chocolate bar during the week.

March 2024

I started working with Rory in January 2025 after following his story for a few months on tik tok.  Seeing his honest and open approach to addiction inspired me to take up his 90 day programme that month. I honestly believe this is down to the programme with a tailored workout programme, coping mechanisms and frank advice I believed I could take  my addiction head on! I'm now feeling like I'm truly on my way! I would highly recommend Rory's programme for anyone struggling with an addiction.

It was great to be able to have Rory Sloan as a keynote speaker for our International Men's Day event. Rory has came from a similar background as the young men we work with, and this allowed him to be able to share parts of his struggles he had growing up and barriers he had faced. He was able to share with the young men how he overcame these barriers/ struggles and how he was able to start up his own business and is now trying to help and educate young people to help them get the best opportunities they can.

Started with Rory about 6 weeks ago and have been going once a week since, it has really helped me with routine & confidence / mentality for going to the gym and I would recommend for anyone that like myself that wants to feel better both mentality and physically

Rory delivered a very honest but hard-hitting talk on the devastating personal impact of drug use on his own life, and those of others, including his family and members of the community. We will definitely be inviting him back to speak with future year groups.

My name is Sophie and I spent 20 weeks in Rehab for a drug addiction. I am not proud of the person I became in addiction; but I’m not ashamed of her either. My addiction taught me a lot of life lessons; but most importantly it taught me to NEVER GO BACKWARDS. I have since got myself back to work and I’m working two jobs again and have my purpose back. I thank Rory daily for giving me back the confidence I lost when I was an addict. I will die an addict; but I will live SOBER & with the help of Rory’s online coaching I will remain sober.

When I started speaking to Rory I thought I would never break the endless drinking cycle that was destroying my relationship, my motivation and hope for the future. I am now 5 months and 5 days sober and all aspects of my life have drastically improved. The difference in my confidence is night and day and that is down to following the plans that Rory made for me each week and I’m now at a stage where the booze just feels like a distant memory and no longer a part of me. Truly has turned my life around and I hope many more people reach out and have their lives changed for the better too
