About This Workshop

In this workshop Rory will discuss/educate around the topic of ‘The Importance of Physical Fitness and Mental Fitness’. In this workshop Rory will explain the importance of both your physical fitness and mental fitness being trained together, using his own lived experiences as an example. He will provide tips/tools to help you start you on your journey.

This class is aimed for people that are struggling with their mental health, this class is also for people that just want to be a bit more educated on how to upkeep their mental fitness and why physical fitness is a great way to help do this.

This workshop will be held via zoom and you can stay anonymous if you wish!
